Humidors

A consistent relative humidity of 70 - 72 % and temperature of 18° - 21°C (64° - 70°F) are ideal conditions for the cigars but does your humidor have anyway of notifying you if conditions are not what they should be? qBiq can easily make any humidor a smart humidor and can help to make sure your next cigar is your best cigar.

How to Configure

Firstly, go to "Configurations" from the "Settings" Mode of your qBiq view. From here, choose the setting you wish to set "Temperature" "Humidity".

Core Configuration
Notifications:
Every 15 minutes, so you don't get aggravated during one opening and shutting of the door.
Report Interval: Report every 6 hours, to minimize battery usage. Your qBiq should last a month or so this way.
Samples per Report: Feel free to sample the movement of the door/lid so you know if anyone is getting into your stash.

From there, choose these simple settings to monitor a door;

Movement Configuration
Blink When Moved: This is just as it says, if selected, qBiq will blink each time it's moved.
Level: .06g picks up a very slow door open, but not wind or air pressure from the door movement (depending on the door) set to your liking.
Counter Threshold: If it moves even once, report.
Report Delay: Every time you open a door - you usually shut it again. Ergo, most movements will require at least two movements. If you believe you might take longer than ten seconds to make it through the door, give yourself some extra time!

The settings screen in the app are easy to use and understand. Configure your settings the way you wish.
